Ladderup Corporate Advisory Private Limited has received a Category 1 Merchant Banking Registration from the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Ladderup Corporate Advisory will now be able to offer services in IPOs, Buy Backs, Rights Issues, QIPs etc.
